what is Ascendant & Descendant

Ascendant is the sign that was rising on the eastern horizon at the moment of your birth. It is your mask how you enter situations and how others see you first.

Descendant is always exactly opposite (Ascendant +180°). It shows who you attract and what you seek in relationships, a partner who complements you.

The mockup uses a simplified calculation. In production it will be wired to the Swiss Ephemeris library (precision to seconds).
